We sell electronics, appliances, fashion, beauty, home & kitchen, furniture, kids & baby, health, sports, automotive, stationery, pet supplies, and more.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes. Orders of 50+ units can be placed by contacting us via WhatsApp or phone. A 10% minimum advance is required at checkout.
Do you offer warranty on products?
Currently, our products do not come with a warranty unless specified.

Do you ship across India?
Yes. We deliver only within India.
Which courier partners do you use?
We work with Ecom Express, Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Xpressbees, Ekart, Shadowfax, and more.
How long does it take to process my order?
Order processing usually takes 1–2 business days.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on location.
What if my order is delayed?
iZoo is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control. You can contact us to track your order.
Payment Methods
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery (COD).
Is COD available?
Yes. COD orders require verification via phone or WhatsApp but no extra charges.
Which payment gateways do you use?
We use PhonePe , paytm, card and net banking for online payments.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways.
Can I use multiple payment methods?
Currently, each order can be paid via one payment method only.
Returns & Refunds
What is the return window?
You can request a return within 5 days of receiving your product.
Are all items returnable?
Most items are returnable except personal care products.
Do I need an unboxing video for returns?
Yes. An unboxing video is mandatory for return/exchange approval.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer pays a fixed return fee of ₹100.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds are processed to the original payment method or bank within 8–15 business days.
Miscellaneous
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders can be cancelled before shipping via email or WhatsApp.
Do you have age restrictions?
Yes. Customers must be 18+ to make purchases.
Do you have loyalty programs?
Not yet. We will announce it once we launch a program.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Address changes are only possible before the order is shipped.
Do you offer gift cards or vouchers?
Currently, iZoo does not offer gift cards.
